Administrative Manager

Kingston, Jamaica

Why this role matters to us

The Administrative Manager (AM) will oversee the support operations of IPP. This person will ensure that there is effective information flow between team members and that resources are employed efficiently throughout the business.  This role will be the heart of IPP business operations and activities with the aim of achieving and maintaining high standards of performance as a team. The AM must anticipate the needs of the team and help to keep the projects on track by resolving operational and administrative issues immediately or before they arise.

In addition to being organized and analytical, the AM must possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. She/he must also move quickly with the pace of the disruptive era and must be up-to-date with the latest IPP products and services.

Why we need you

  • To manage the customer invoicing process from invoice generation, accounts receivables, processing customer payments and bank deposits, and leveraging QuickBooks
  • To administer payroll and employee benefits
  • Budget management, execution and pricing negotiation for:
    • Catering, snacks and water;
    • Coordinating travel details and expense submissions;
    • Purchase and maintenance of equipment;
    • All current and upcoming office space negotiations including capital expenditure budget forecasts/tracking for furniture needs, maintenance repairs, etc.
  • To identify, vet and implement process improvements
  • To perform ad hoc general administrative tasks
  • To support the Human Resource function by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; ensuring maintenance of a safe and secure work environment with operational and clean facilities; and developing personal growth opportunities for team members

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/business management; accounting; computing and information technology; human resource management; management or a related area with at least two years administrative or general office experience
  • Alternatively, at least 4 years administrative or general office experience
  • Certification in Supervisory Management and/or Administrative Assistance would be considered an asset
  • Advanced knowledge in Budget preparation and management
  • Working knowledge of Jamaican labour law and business law
  • Experience working with email, word-processing, spreadsheet, and database management tools.

Digital Data Scientist

Kingston, Jamaica

Why this role matters to us

In conjunction with the Digital Strategy team, you will be responsible for transforming data into strategic and operational insights designed to deliver value to the organization. The Digital Data Scientist (DDS) must be a master storyteller. You must be able to spot the data, interpret what it is saying, and present the findings in a form that is easily understood by a wide array of audiences. Core skills in mathematics and data analysis are critical in this role. You will be required to utilize information gathered to resolve complex issues, and weigh benefits and detriments of alternative solutions. The Digital Data Scientist will be able to follow leads and identify paths to gather data, leading to improvement in key areas of our client’s digital and omni-channel experience.

Fundamentally, our Digital Data Scientist (DDS) will function as “air-traffic control” or the chief listening officer for IPP social media clients and our other content channels. You will be required to monitor the different social media spaces for trends and insights. Further, you must be able to educate appropriate team members, who will use this information to solve problems for our clients.

  • Experience applying analytical techniques to provide solutions to real business problems
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics or any social media analytical software
  • Working familiarity with Facebook Ads and/or Google AdWords (both preferred)
  • Experience with Digital Media buying, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Youtube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Adwords, Google Analytics and WordPress CMS would be ideal at this level
  • Experience with text analytics and machine learning
  • Experience with SQL and big data systems and tools
  • Exposure to Tableau or equivalent visualization tool
  • Experience writing SAS, R, or Python for data analytics

Creative Strategist

Video Storyteller

It’s Pixel Perfect Limited is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, passionate and experienced individual to join our organization as a talented Storyteller and Video Producer. This person will be required to coordinate and host all in-house video productions. The successful candidate must have experience in producing and directing a variety of high impact video content from conception to completion. You must exude confidence in front of the camera and behind the scenes. The ideal person will have experience as an anchor/host, who is naturally engaging when reporting and interviewing experts and high-profile guests.

Why we need you

  • To develop social stories and content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and/or other social channels
  • To produce and edit digital and social video content for the company and its clients on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and Snapchat
  • To work with editorial, social, marketing, and creative teams to ensure project goals are achieved
  • To shoot original content in the field, cover events, capture behind-the-scenes material, and produce talent interviews
  • To work with talent, team or contractors in a production

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Minimum of 3 years experience producing and editing digital and social video content
  • Expert level experience with AVID, Final Cut and Adobe Premiere
  • Experience with audio/video production and post-production utilizing current technologies including live streaming
  • Experience working with digital new media and/or broadcast media production
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and other graphics applications
  • Knowledge of all aspects of video shooting and post-production including camera/audio operation, lighting and location management
